The company sells mainly European machines and parts all around Australia meaning travel may be required and strong personable customer service is beneficial.
**Your new role**
Day to day you will have a multitude of different tasks meaning no day is ever truly the same. Some of the tasks are listed below:
- You will need to provide a strong customer service and make sure to understand the existing and new clients needs.
- Show a real expertise after training about the rail environment and the different products available.
- You will need to have previous experience as a Sales coordinator and business to business sales experience.
- Being multi tasked and have a real sense of urgency.
- Able to order the right parts and schedule the job when received.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Existing Rails industry knowledge or being willing to learn
- Mechanical background
- Sales experience face to face
- Being able to provide a strong customer service
- Being happy to travel around Australia when required
- Looking for a long-term partnership
