The role and responsibilities:
Providing the highest level of customer service
Working in a fast-paced team environment
Achieve individual key performance indicators
Building strong Customer Relationships
To be successful in this role you will have:
A background in Retail/Customer Service
Excellent computer/data entry skills
Superior telephone skills (ability to build rapport)
Valuable presentation and a bright outgoing personality
A real passion for Customer Service and a genuine interest in helping people
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
Great attention to detail
