Key Responsibilities:
* Create high-quality 3D models, renders, animations, and visualisations for products, structures, or environments.
* Develop concept designs, prototypes, and visual assets from sketches, drawings, or briefs.
* Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver visually compelling outputs.
* Optimise 3D assets for use across various platforms (presentations, marketing, VR/AR, web, etc.).
* Maintain organised project files and ensure models are accurate, detailed, and aligned with brand guidelines.
* Support marketing, product development, and engineering teams with 3D visual content.
Required Skills and Experience:
* 1–3+ years of experience as a 3D Designer, 3D Artist, or similar role.
* Proficiency in 3D software such as Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, Cinema 4D, or SketchUp.
* Strong rendering skills using tools like V-Ray, Cycles, Redshift, or similar.
* Good understanding of materials, textures, lighting, and animation fundamentals.
* Ability to interpret design briefs and translate ideas into realistic visuals.
* Strong visual storytelling and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
Desired Attributes:
* Experience with product design, architectural visualisation, or motion graphics.
* Skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
* Experience with VR/AR pipelines or 3D asset optimisation for real-time engines.
* Familiarity with Unity or Unreal Engine is a plus.
* Strong creativity, problem-solving, and ability to iterate based on feedback.
