Epping Grand Care Community is scheduled to open in November 2025 Located in Sydney's Northwest, in a lively high-rise precinct within a thriving neighborhood with easy access to public transport. It will feature modern facilities, state-of-the-art technology, an in-house café, and a hair salon.

Please note that the successful applicant will be required to commence in early October prior to opening.

About the role:

- Location: Epping Grand Care Community
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Manage sales and admissions processes
- Conduct tours for prospective residents
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Support the implementation of marketing events
- Assist with processing fortnightly staff payroll
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, petty cash, and invoicing
- Assist with client services and general inquiries
- Support recruitment processes, including drafting employment contracts
- Perform reception and administrative duties as required
- Manage team rosters and timesheets
