Sprout Agribusiness is an Agribusiness focused financial services company, specialising in Agribusiness Finance and business advisory. We typically work with farmers aged between 25 and 55, who are in the growth phase of their family owned business. SproutAg is passionate about seeking innovative business advisory and alternate finance solutions in agribusiness and see this as essential to the growth and evolution of the Sector. Our clients recognise that they often only have 20-25 years to set their mark in the world so are in a hurry and see significant benefits in our services.
We have offices across the eastern seaboard and are completely independent which enables us to match the best products and services to those businesses. Our all-encompassing service offering includes term debt, livestock finance, equipment finance and business advisory services including succession planning.

Accountabilities
· Build a business with Sprout Agribusiness with a focus on Machinery Dealers, Agriculture contractors, Regionally based contracting businesses and direct to Business clients.
· Liaise with lenders to quote and structure finance solutions for new and used agricultural plant and equipment
· Source and manage transactions end to end, from initial enquiry through to settlement
· Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information, both written and verbal
· Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
· Strong analytical skills with sound judgement
· Planning and organising skills to establish processes, prioritise work and allocate resources effectively
· Decisive decision-making skills with the ability to act in a timely manner
· Adaptability and flexibility in a changing environment
· Deliver outstanding customer service in line with SproutAg standards
· Attend to client enquiries in a timely, professional manner and in accordance with established service standards
· Build, manage and maintain strong ongoing client relationships
· Maintain compliant and accurate customer files and records in line with legislation and SproutAg policies and procedures
· Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, peers, and external industry contacts
· Build and maintain strong relationships with industry participants and remain current with key industry knowledge
· Operate in accordance with SproutAg Values at all times.
Knowledge and Experience
· Experience in financial services, including banking and credit exposure to commercial transactions and or Equipment Finance Transactions.
· Sound understanding of financial services legislation and regulatory requirements
· Strong knowledge of banking and financial industry principles and practices
· Tertiary qualifications in business, commercial or finance are desirable but not essential
· Highly motivated with a strong desire to build a long term career in agribusiness finance
· A positive attitude, energy, and willingness to learn are highly valued
