* Fulfilling customer orders efficiently and effectively through Click & Collect and Online channels.
* Packing and delivering items to customers in a timely manner.
* Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email inquiries.
* Collaborating with sales staff to ensure seamless customer experiences.

To be successful as an Operations Clerk, you must possess the following skills:

* The ability to start immediately.
* Eligibility to work in Australia.
* Flexibility to work weekends and late-night shifts including extended trading hours.
* Physical ability to pack and move stock across the store.
* A positive attitude with a willingness to help in all areas of operations.
