Maintenance Planner
About the Role:
We are seeking a Maintenance Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing accurate, comprehensive, and timely work packages for vessel maintenance periods and rectification of work failures.
The key objectives and responsibilities of this role include:
* Developing work packages that meet time constraints
* Maintaining main work lists for assigned maintenance periods
* Identifying material requirements for maintenance work packages
* Developing an in-depth understanding of work scope requirements for preventative and corrective maintenance tasks
* Developing work failure resolution work packages
* Engaging contractors as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualification in Maintenance Management, Engineering, or a Trade
* Previous experience working within a similar role
* Demonstrated knowledge of maintenance management and planning
* Demonstrated working knowledge of asset management standards, systems, and processes
* Demonstrated working knowledge of configuration management systems and processes
* Initiative in identifying 'opportunities' and finding solutions to problems
* Excellent attention to detail
