Description
* Create, edit, and manage high-quality content for various marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with organisational goals.
* Utilise generative AI tools in streamlining ideation, production and refinement of content.
* Ensure content is consistent with the brand's voice and messaging.
* Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for content development.
* Assist in the production of multimedia content, including videos and graphics, as needed.
Profile
* Proven experience in content creation within the property industry or related fields.
* Strong skills in writing, editing, and proofreading.
* Proficiency in content management systems and marketing tools.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Confident and articulate in communication.
* Strong Relationship building skills.
* Excellent Stakeholder Management ability.
* Knowledge of digital marketing trends and strategies.
