This is an administrative professional role where you will be responsible for managing bank statements, account records and identifying dishonored payments.
The Role
This administratively focused position provides a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a strong emphasis on analysis and detail. Your main focus will be on:
* Opening new accounts
* Account reconciliations
* Reconciling bank statements
* Processing cheques/credit card payments
* Following up unidentified and dishonored payments
* Ensuring systems/customer database is accurate and up to date
* Preparing payment programs for store issued credit cards
* Liaising with stores re banking queries
* Reconciling credit card program receipts
* Other ad hoc duties as required
