About the role
Sprouts School of Early Learning - Margaret River is seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. This is a full-time position located in Margaret River, Western Australia.
What you'll be doing
* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
* Observe, document and assess children's development to inform curriculum planning and individualised support
* Build positive relationships with children, families and the broader community
* Ensure a safe, clean and well-maintained learning environment
* Participate in continuous professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Work collaboratively with the educational team to provide the best possible outcomes for children
What we're looking for
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Experience working in a similar role within the childcare industry
* Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate pedagogy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Passion for providing high-quality early childhood education and care
* Current First Aid certification, including CPR and Anaphylaxis management
* Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance
