About The Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Online Lending Specialist to join our Member Experience team. This is a full-time position based on a 38-hour week located at our Townsville Head Office.
At Queensland Country Bank, our Members matter most. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, allocating and processing loan applications received through our online distribution channel. You will deliver timely, accurate and friendly service to both existing and new Members, while providing suitable lending products and identifying opportunities to meet their broader financial needs.
This role involves triaging, assessing and processing online loan applications (primarily Personal Loans and Credit Cards), distributing applications and leads to branches and specialist teams, and working closely with key stakeholders to continuously enhance the Online Lending Experience.
You will also support reporting on volumes, lead distribution and outcomes, proactively identify opportunities to grow the Online Distribution Channel, and contribute to team KPI outcomes through responsible cross-selling of relevant products and services.
About You
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Previous lending experience with regular exposure to credit applications
Ability to analyse financial statements and assess risk
Demonstrated sales and credit assessment capability
Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team goals
FSRA ASIC Tier II Accreditation (within 5 years) or willingness to undertake
Experience within the Financial Services industry
Sound understanding of Queensland Country products and services (desirable)
