As a Full Time Analyst in the **** Asset Management Analyst Program, you will work in partnershipwith our senior business leaders to develop investment strategies that support our clients' needs across various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, real assets, hedge funds and private equity. You'll help build a leading global client franchise that delivers excellent investment performance and client service.

As an Analyst in Asset Management, you'll work in partnership with our senior business leaders and industry experts to develop strategies that support our clients' needs. You'll work with teams that manage and distribute investment solutions across asset classes for institutions and financial intermediaries.

Job Responsibilities
Assisting with client sales and retention while gaining broad exposure to asset classes and investment professionals throughout the firm
Working with market and product specialists to provide quantitative and qualitative analysis, conduct market research and assist in strategic planning to help clients meet their investment objectives
Learning about asset allocation strategies and identifying investment capabilities across traditional and alternative strategies to meet our clients' investment objectives
What You Can Expect
Embark on a 4-year rotational program designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of our Asset Management business. This program includes J.P. Morgan's world-class 4-week training in New York, where you'll join colleagues from around the globe. In addition to learning the basics of our business strategy and structure, you will hear from senior management, review finance and accounting principles, improve your technical skills, develop proficiency with our proprietary tools and participate in networking events.
Over the course of the 4 years, you will have the opportunity to complete 4 rotations spanning the following teams:
Marketing & Market Insights:
Plan and oversee the implementation of Australia and New Zealand's marketing strategy across various channels to drive growth. You will develop and manage targeted strategies to raise awareness, educate clients, and promote our products—including exchange-traded funds (ETFs)—effectively within the region. As part of this rotation, you will also work with our Market Insights team, providing thought leadership to Wholesale and Institutional clients by researching and analyzing capital markets and the broader economy, sharing insights with stakeholders, and facilitating the publication of Market Insights materials.
Institutional & Wholesale Distribution:
Contribute to the business by delivering the sales strategy, maintaining CRM systems with a focus on data quality, metrics, and analysis, and providing research support and data analysis. Your efforts will assist with client sales and retention, while offering broad exposure to asset classes and investment professionals across the firm.
Investment Specialists:
Represent investment teams and strategies to internal partners, prospects, and existing clients. You will collaborate with portfolio managers and other investors to drive new business, oversee existing products, and support new product initiatives. Your responsibilities will be key to effectively positioning and messaging our products to achieve business growth and deliver exceptional client service.
Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) Capital Markets:
Support the smooth operation of our ETF product suite, focusing on both primary and secondary markets. You will learn to monitor and price ETFs intra-day, manage relationships with market makers, and oversee and develop primary market transactions.
Chief Administrative Office & Client Account Management:
Oversee the infrastructure of the business, including Institutional Client Service, Business Platform, Product Development, Technology, and Operations, to ensure top-tier client service for both internal and external clients. You will also coordinate with control functions to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as external regulations governing the Australian business.
Across all areas, this program offers unprecedented training and experience in Asset Management, as well as the potential to join J.P. Morgan's team as a Senior Associate upon successful completion of the program.

To be eligible in this program:
You must be enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's or Master's program at a university located in Australia, with an expected graduation date between April **** and December ****. If you are in a Master's program, it must be completed within two years of obtaining your Bachelor's degree.
You must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or New Zealand Citizen at time of application
