About the role
We are looking for a self- motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant to drive the growth of our Professionals team (white collar) in Victoria.
You will have an opportunity in the future to grow and develop a team whist servicing and developing our evergrowing client base.
Your day will include:
* Developing new business opportunities for both temp and perm opportunities
* Managing financials for the Branch
* Running the full recruitment process for filling roles
* Building long lasting relationships with existing clients
* Growing a talent pool to keep up with client demand
* Collaborating with the wider teams
About you
* Have a track record of developing business and providing service excellence
* Strong business acumen
* FastTrack 360 experience highly desirable
* Communicate and influence effectively
* The ability to lead and be a self-starter
* Be able to network and build relationships
