Job Role:
Repairs Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with customers and stakeholders to coordinate repairs.
* Develop and issue work packs to internal teams or vendors for stripping and assessing items.
* Source relevant drawings and technical information, creating repair scopes of work.
* Create detailed cost estimates and customer proposals.
* Plan and schedule activities in conjunction with team members and external teams/vendors.
* Issue job packs with repair scopes and drawings under a controlled system.
* Maintain accurate job registers and documentation standards.
* Provide technical support to workshops and vendors, advising on repair methods.
* Conduct quality control inspections to ensure repairs meet industry standards, collaborating with engineering and product support as necessary.
* Inspect jobs prior to dispatch and sign off relevant documentation.
* Generate manufacturers' date records for each job.
* Review profit margins achieved for each job.
* Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to open communication.
* Attend customer meetings to update on job progress and address technical queries.
