Skills & Requirements
* Strong knowledge of AV systems, meeting room technologies, and video conferencing solutions.
* Experience supporting Microsoft collaboration tools and meeting room environments.
* Basic networking knowledge (LAN, cabling, connectivity troubleshooting).
* Exposure to EUC support, device management, and onsite IT operations.
* Ability to support non-Windows and non-Microsoft devices for basic connectivity and troubleshooting.
Other Responsibilities
* Manage and lay electrical and sound cabling for events.
* Understand event layouts and venue acoustics to optimize placement.
* Provide real-time technical support for presenters and users.
* Monitor system performance and makeFB quick adjustments to ensure smooth transitions.
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues rapidly (e.g., feedback, connection drops).
* Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on equipment.
* Manage inventory of portable AV assets.
