As a Service Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless coordination of service and loan equipment of medical devices that are vital to improving patient outcomes.
Working closely with our supply chain and sales team, you'll respond promptly to demands from hospitals and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Your day will be varied and include:
- Customer Service: providing quotes, invoicing, responding to customer enquiries.
- Service & Loan Operations: managing logistics to support the service customers, updating ERP system for all inwards and outwards goods.
- Managing external stakeholders: ensuring you develop and maintain excellent working relationships with vendors.
About you
You are detail-oriented with a knack for managing tight deadlines. A background in a service role within the medical, hospital, or customer service industry would make you the perfect fit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficient with MS Office, including intermediate Excel skills.
- Team player who brings your "A-Game" to work and loves to have fun along the way
