The Opportunity

An opportunity exists for a Senior Territory Sales Manager to manage and grow Public and Private Hospital accounts across designated territories across Victoria. This role holds full accountability for driving revenue, building end-user loyalty, and implementing national strategies across their surgical consumable portfolio, specialising within infection control and medical safety. This role also requires delivering a high degree of clinical education and in-servicing programs.

This position is being offered as Part-time

Skills and Experience

* Proven experience selling into operating theatre environments
* Demonstrated understanding of Victoria's Public & Private Hospital systems
* Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and influencing skills
* Ability to manage product evaluations & trials within hospital operating theatre environments
* Ability to partner with clinical educators and end-users to support usage and ongoing capability development within hospital accounts
* High-quality presentation and clinical communication skills
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Science, or Medical-related, preferred
