Diamond Bros Transport is seeking a reliable and experienced Yard Hand to join their team in Largs Bay.
This hands-on role involves maintaining a clean, safe, and organized yard. Responsibilities include fuelling trucks, operating vehicles and trailers through an automatic wash system, and ensuring departing vehicles are ready for dispatch.
Key responsibilities:
* Fuelling trucks and preparing vehicles for dispatch
* Operating trucks and trailers through the automatic wash system
* Maintaining a tidy and organized yard
* Performing general yard duties to ensure safety and efficiency
* Adhering to safety standards and Chain of Responsibility (COR) compliance
To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
* A current HC or HR Licence
* A high-risk forklift licence
* A safety-first mindset and commitment to COR compliance
* A professional and reliable attitude
* Strong punctuality and dependability
* A proven work history with a focus on quality performance
* Attention to detail and motivation to get the job done right
