Marketing and Sales Coordinator Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the B2B Sales & Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in enabling strategic focus and execution.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in end-to-end CRM campaign management. You will be responsible for driving campaign consistency, streamlining communications, and lifting operational effectiveness across sales initiatives.
Core Responsibilities:
* Strategic & Executive Support:
o Prepare internal reports and slide decks to inform business decisions.
o Analyse and visualise key numbers to identify trends and opportunities.
o Draft and format internal and external communications to ensure clarity and accuracy.
o Prep sales leads with relevant information to support stakeholder meetings.
o Maintain initiative trackers, calendars, and team action plans to ensure seamless execution.
o Identify revenue opportunities and flag at-risk agents to drive business growth.
o Monitor BDM sales activity and provide feedback to sales managers to improve performance.
* Campaign & Comms Execution:
o Build and distribute email campaigns to engage customers and promote products.
o Draft LinkedIn content, agent updates, and partner communications to maintain relationships.
* Admin & Agent Enablement Support:
o Triage agent queries and maintain feedback logs to ensure prompt resolution.
o Work with the wider team to build Salesforce records and prepare enablement materials.
o Monitor platform usage and flag inactive agents for follow-up to drive engagement.
o Assist with onboarding communications and education session logistics to support new hires.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a B2B or B2C marketing role or similar.
* Experience in end-to-end CRM campaign management and data analysis.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
