**About the role**
Working in close partnerships with senior stakeholders in the organisation, the Commercialisation Lead engages with business leaders, researchers and other stakeholders across the organisation to identify, facilitate and manage commercial partnerships that will bring mutual benefits to all parties. As opportunities are identified, the Commercialisation Lead will broker relationships with community and industry partners, working closely to shape projects, lead initiatives and bring new products and services to fruition. As an important link between the organisation and external stakeholders, the Commercialisation Lead will work to uplift capability and awareness across the organisation within commercial opportunity, in line with the organisation's broader strategic objectives.
**About you**
Tertiary-qualified, you are an accomplished professional with a well-developed understanding of the contemporary business landscape, and strong project management skills. Whether in industry, academia or government, you have a proven track record in bringing innovative offerings to market. With commercialisation experience in economics, professional / continuing education or social sciences, you are commercially savvy in a B2B context with an eye for strategic and innovative growth opportunities. Your business writing skills are highly developed through your extensive exposure to proposal and bid writing, while your passion for business allows you to speak with credibility and authenticity across a range of contemporary sectoral trends.
