As the Senior Web Project Officer you will lead and work collaboratively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders and suppliers to develop a new QSA website.
In this role you will:
* Lead the Queensland State Archives website development project to create a customer-focused website.
* Undertake business requirements and market analysis activities to provide integrated customer-centred solutions.
* Use web development tools and frameworks to deliver and optimise customer focused and engaging online experiences.
* Use analytics and other information sources to inform the development of the project.
* Provide advice and options on issues relating to technical web development services and solutions.
* Work respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander stakeholders to develop content that is culturally focused and meets community needs.
* Work collaboratively to develop effective and efficient content approval processes and workflows.
* Build and maintain close relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including representing the Archives on working groups.
* Research, analyse and prepare written reports, discussion papers and responses, including requests for advice, information and statistics.
