Job Title: Experienced Speech Therapist
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced speech therapist to join our team. As a senior clinician, you will play a vital role in clinical upskilling and mentoring junior clinicians.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide guidance and assistance to Clinic Leads in your area of practice
* Implement strategies for junior clinician development and training
* Work within an interdisciplinary manner for the best service outcomes
* Carry a clinical caseload in areas of interest to you
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
* Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
* Minimum 4 years' experience as a Speech Pathologist
* Demonstrated experience within the NDIS/disability sector
* Demonstrated experience working with paediatric clients
* Proven ability to supervise and mentor clinicians across different levels
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
