As an Early Childhood Educator, you will shape a nurturing atmosphere where children can thrive. You'll inspire your team, foster strong partnerships with families and the community, and bring creativity and curiosity into daily learning experiences.
Each day, you'll be building strong relationships with children, designing engaging educational programs, partnering with families, and ensuring compliance with organisational policies.

You are a qualified and values-driven educator who is passionate about inspiring children and mentoring teams.
* Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
* Strong understanding of early childhood development and pedagogy.
* Familiarity with NQF and EYLF / VEYLDF, with commitment to quality practice.
* Collaborative, flexible and driven to create positive outcomes for children.
