* Flexible with working hours
* Market appraisals
* Meeting with clients
* Obtaining listings of properties for sale
* Marketing of property
* Seeking out and introducing buyers
* Officering clients advice on current market conditions
* Prospecting and customer service calls
* Negotiating the sales
* Liaising with legal representatives
