Commercial Fit-Out and Residential Renovation Design Expert
We are seeking a seasoned interior design professional to support the delivery of high-quality projects. This hands-on role involves collaborating with clients, consultants, and project teams to produce well-resolved concepts, documentation, and finishes palettes.
* Develop creative space plans, concept designs, and mood boards
* Prepare detailed design documentation including technical drawings, specifications, and schedules
* Coordinate finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) selections
* Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure design intent is delivered on site
* Support the approvals process, including DA/CDC documentation as required
* Work closely with construction and project teams to ensure design intent is delivered on site
