What you’ll be doing:
* Managing your own residential property portfolio with professionalism and care
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
* Conducting routine inspections and managing lease renewals
* Coordinating maintenance and repairs
* Managing arrears and ensuring timely follow-up
* Ensuring compliance with WA legislation and internal procedures

What you’ll bring
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in Residential Property Management
* Current WA Property Management Registration
* Confident communication and relationship-building skills
* Strong organization skills and attention to detail
