The opportunity
We are currently seeking Ramp / Baggage Agents, who share our values of Safety & Security, Passion, Integrity, Innovation and Teamwork.
Suitable candidates will be required to deliver a range of aircraft ramp services including baggage handling based at Brisbane Airport on a Permanent Part Time (Min 24 hours per week) basis.

What you'll be doing
* Safely loading and unloading aircraft
* Maintain a safe and secure working environment at all times
* Transporting and loading of freight
* Handling of Dangerous Goods
* Safely operate Ground Services Equipment
* Compliance with all station notices relating to policies, procedures & training
* Comply with the Menzies open, fair and honest reporting culture

What we need from you
* Must be reliable and motivated to work
* Ability to work within a fast paced environment and ability to meet critical deadlines
* Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
* Strong customer service focus
* Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 32kg
* Be fluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication skills
* Well presented
* Must be willing to work in all weather conditions
* Must hold a current Driver's License
* Must hold a current Australian Driver's Licence of any class
* Possess Australian citizenship or permanent residency
* Motivation and flexibility to work on a 7-day rotational shift roster as per flight schedules
* Must be available to work all shifts as part of a 7-day operational roster
* Applicants will be required to undergo a Police check, Airport security check and pre-employment medical as part of the standard conditions of employment
