In this critical role, you will provide expert advice and leadership in embedding DEI principles across all areas of our organisation, from office-based professionals to technical specialists and regionally dispersed trade workforces. Your focus will be on driving the successful implementation of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategic plan, working closely with senior leadership, diversity working groups, and the HR team.

* Partner with senior leaders, diversity working groups, and the HR team to drive the implementation of our DEI strategy.
* Develop and embed strategies to integrate DEI principles across all areas of the business, including our regionally dispersed trade workforce.

* Actively consult, engage, and collaborate across all levels of the organisation to support the design and delivery of DEI initiatives.

**Key Qualifications and Skills:**

* Deep understanding of contemporary DEI principles, metrics, and compliance standards.
* Strong presentation, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to lead organisational change through inclusive practice and capability-building.
* Experience in project management and strategic implementation.
* Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and insights development.

**Benefits and Career Opportunities:**

We offer a diverse range of teams across our business, contributing to great customer and community outcomes. Our people are our most important asset, and we continually invest in nurturing their capability.

As an employer, we strive to provide a safe, inclusive and sustainable environment where all our people feel respected, valued and supported to bring their whole selves to work and be the best they can be.

With our embedded Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Strategy and initiatives like our Women in Power networking group, and Sparkle, our LGBTIQ+ allies pride network, we're committed to equal opportunities for all employees.

Our greatest priority is the health, safety and wellbeing of our people and the communities we serve.
