The Transformation Team is a highly collaborative team established to deliver on the organisations transformational objectives, ensuring robust governance over projects and building organisational capability to ensure the future sustainability of our Health network. The team utilises improvement methodology, project management and change and engagement strategies to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, leading the change agenda and respectfully challenging the status quo.
**About The Role**:
Provide advice and expertise to deliver initiatives that ensure excellent patient outcomes and experience for Monash Health patients. Partnering with other team members in the Strategy, Transformation and Projects division, Executives, General Managers, clinical leaders and frontline teams, you will drive initiatives targeted at improving the operating theatre systems, processes and the patient journey.
**About You**:
**What You Need**:
- Experience working in healthcare industry and/or healthcare consulting or advisory roles with demonstrated success in leading transformation initiatives
- Data and digital literacy skills
- Certification in process redesign and/or improvement science is desirable
- Project management and/or change management certification is desirable
- Relevant undergraduate tertiary qualification
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence
- Australian working rights
