Hilton's core mission is to delight guests, team members, and owners.The Events Sales Coordinator manages negotiation processes, Letters of Agreement, secretarial support, hotel inspections, and other projects under the guidance of the Banquet Sales Manager and the Events Sales Coordinator. What will I be doing? As an Events Sales Coordinator, your responsibilities include:Handling incoming calls and correspondence for designated Banquet Sales Managers.Assisting managers with typing and filing proposals, Letters of Agreement, banquet event orders, group resumes, thank you letters, and post-event summaries.Distributing correspondence to relevant departments and maintaining proper filing systems.Ensuring departmental tidiness and stock of office supplies.Being aware of event details related to assigned accounts.Coordinating with other departments for event logistics, menus, and floor plans.Understanding clients serviced by the managers.Responding to sales inquiries and guest requests independently.Updating group charts and preparing reports.Sending out post-event critique forms and thank you letters.Supporting ad-hoc projects as directed.Maintaining professionalism and adhering to hygiene and food safety standards.Creating a hospitable service atmosphere at all times.Performing any other duties as assigned. Ideal candidates will:Be university graduates.Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role within international hotel chains.Possess excellent English and Chinese language skills.Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal skills, and teamwork.Work well under pressure during busy periods.Be familiar with the local market and marketing trends.
