Support Professional Opportunity
This is a crucial role in providing aid to individuals and families affected by domestic and family violence.
The successful applicant will be experienced in working with vulnerable populations, have strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with other service providers.
We are seeking an individual who shares our passion for creating positive change and delivering a holistic service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide emotional support and practical assistance to clients
* Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
* Develop and implement case plans tailored to individual needs
Requirements:
* Qualification in a relevant field and/or experience in social work
* Current Driver's Licence
* Current Working with Children Check (NSW)
* Satisfactory Criminal Record Check
* Experience in casework and case planning
* Understanding and experience of working with Aboriginal people and their communities
