As our Assistant Accountant, you'll play a key part in keeping CTC's financial operations running smoothly. You'll support the Financial Controller and the wider Finance team by handling day-to-day accounting tasks, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank accounts, assisting with payroll, and contributing to end-of-month processes. This role is central to ensuring that our financial systems and reporting remain accurate, timely, and reliable.

* Have a tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, or commerce (CA/CPA qualified or working towards it)
* Bring at least 2 years' experience in financial administration or bookkeeping
* Have advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong reconciliation abilities
* Possess high-level numeracy and attention to detail in data and figures
* Are organised and methodical with excellent administrative skills
* Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally
* Thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy supporting others to achieve shared goals
* Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and personal effectiveness in meeting deadlines
* Have experience with accounting software (ECI M1 is a plus)
* Are curious, adaptable, and motivated to learn and grow in your finance career
