This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrives in a busy work environment.
About the Role
You will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring accuracy across financial, administrative, and compliance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Banking and daily reconciliations
* Stock control and inventory management
* Invoicing and accounts administration
* VicRoads registrations and related documentation
* Accurate and efficient data entry
* General administrative support
* Handling phone enquiries with professionalism and confidence
* Restocking office and general day to day supplies
About You
* Previous experience in banking, invoicing, and stock control
* Knowledge of administrative processes
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Confident phone manner and strong communication skills
* Computer literate with solid data entry capabilities
* Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Hardworking, reliable, and proactive
