Due to significant growth and success in the market, the Australian based support team have an exclusive new opportunity for a passionate technology enthusiast to join the team and provide first class technical support to their clients.
This role will see you troubleshooting and resolving highly complex and critical issues, acting as an SME for the product, and ensuring a customer centric solution is found.
You will develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers and executive sponsors to drive product adoption and serve as the primary point of contact during planning, deployment and expansion of services.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A strong background in a Technical Support Engineer role, preferably with a software company
- Good knowledge of IT security and security vendors
- Experience working in a vendor or software company dealing with enterprise organisations
- Good knowledge across Microsoft Windows server platforms with emphasis on Windows Servers administration, OS and Active Directory
- Experience with Linux and MacOS
- In depth troubleshooting experience across complex issues
- Experience across SaaS / cloud
- Excellent customer service skills
In addition to this, experience with cyber security is also highly sought after.
