If you wake up every morning excited to go to work, you're either still dreaming, or you're our newest recruit

This is a newly created role in our small-in-size, large-in-attitude recruitment firm, where you'll be working directly with the crazy entrepreneurs at the helm of this mad ride. There are a half dozen new ideas tossed around before we even get to morning tea most days, so you'll need to be flexible and able to roll with quick changes as they happen. You're also most welcome to join in the fun and throw your own ideas into the cauldron

We have fun, but we work hard. If you think you'll have a spare minute, you're very wrong. And probably not the right person for the job also. Just FYI.

So, if you can bring me your sales and recruiting background along with your big personality and desire to be part of something that looks like it's going to be massive, read on for the boring bits.

You'll need to have proven success in cold calling. We'll be asking for details, so have a few of your great success stories percolating.

You need to be excited about HR and especially recruitment. Excited enough that you'll pore over HR journals for the latest benchmarks, scroll endless websites for tidbits of information, and listen in to the gossip at the table next to you at industry events for the cutting edge ideas that will keep us ahead of the game.

You'll need to have fast typing. People talk fast and you need to note down the gist of what they are saying, so you need to be able to type fast. And accurately. Its not good if you try to read it back and you don't know what you typed. Speaking from experience.

You'll need to be meticulous in documenting everything and following procedures.
