Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a sales team as a Project Sales Administrator. The role involves supporting the sales team, processing invoices and agreements, and coordinating valuations and settlement inspections.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for real estate or property administration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Opening and maintaining the office, including presentation and stocking of marketing materials
* Meeting and greeting customers upon entry to the sales office and onsite display apartments
* General communication with purchasers, agents, solicitors, and stakeholders
* Taking prospective purchasers on walk-throughs
* Supporting with processing of invoices, sales advices, external agent commission, and agreements
* Organising and coordinating valuations and settlement inspections
* Assisting in organising handover packs and appointments
* Reporting and following up defects, co-ordinating with builders on availability and defect rectifications
Requirements:
* Current Certificate of Registration (or in process)
* Experience in Admin/Customer Service roles
* Effective communicator, good energy, and engaging
* Full working rights in Australia
