Aged Care Support Worker

About the Role:
This role involves providing person-centred care and support to seniors in their homes across Waterford West and surrounding suburbs. You will work independently, delivering daily household tasks, personal care, and mobility assistance, while fostering engagement in community activities.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver person-centred care, including personal care and mobility assistance.
* Provide support with daily household tasks.
* Foster social connections through community and wellness activities.
* Keep team leaders updated on client needs and progress.
* Assist clients with transportation to appointments and social outings.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Community Services, or current nursing students who have completed Aged Care placements. Previous experience in Aged Care or Community Services is also required. Additionally, you should have flexibility to work various shifts and basic computer skills with attention to detail in documentation.
