The opportunity
As a Manager, you will partner with Chief Finance Officers, their finance teams, and wider connected business areas to create long-term value, trust and confidence. You will apply your commercial experience, deep sector and regulatory knowledge, and expertise in financial accounting and reporting to drive outcomes and provide advice across a wide range of finance function topics. The role is based in Naarm – Melbourne and Warrang – Sydney, with flexible working options available.
Your key responsibilities
* You will partner with Chief Finance Officers, their finance teams, and wider connected business areas to create long-term value, trust, and confidence within their organizations.
Skills and attributes for success
* Minimum of 6 years relevant experience, and CA or equivalent professional qualification.
* Excellent leadership and project management skills with a proven ability to execute under pressure.
* Understanding of how a transaction works, including business acquisitions and disposals, and operational impacts for the business/finance function.
* A degree in accounting and/or another appropriate academic major.
