About the role
As a Conveyancing Specialist at Change Conveyancing Maryborough, you will play a vital role in providing expert conveyancing services to clients. This full-time position is located in Maryborough, QLD 4650, and will involve managing all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions.
What you'll be doing
* Conducting property and title searches to ensure all legal requirements are met
* Drafting and reviewing sale contracts, transfer documentation, and other legal instruments
* Liaising with clients, real estate agents, and other parties to coordinate a seamless conveyancing experience
* Ensuring all conveyancing processes adhere to relevant legislation and regulations
* Providing clear and timely communication to clients throughout the transaction
* Maintaining detailed records and preparing settlement statements
* Collaborating with the broader conveyancing and legal team to share knowledge and provide comprehensive support
What we're looking for
* Experience in a conveyancing or property law role
* Strong understanding of property law, conveyancing processes, and relevant legislation in Queensland
* Excellent communication and client service skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
