Key Responsibilities:
* Creative Briefing:
o Develop structured creative briefs for campaigns;
o Align briefs with product priorities, marketing strategy, and campaign objectives;
o Collaborate with brand and product teams to align creative direction;
o Provide context and insights to inform creative development;
o Track progress of briefs through to delivery.
* Creative Testing & Optimisation:
o Plan and prioritise creative tests across social channels;
o Oversee the end-to-end creative testing process with agency partners;
o Analyse results to identify high-performing creative variations;
o Share insights with the creative team to refine future outputs;
o Report regularly on test outcomes.
* Go-to-Market (GTM) Coordination:
o Manage the Marketing Calendar with timely updates and clear communication;
o Lead campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention;
o Align performance marketing, CRM, and brand teams for consistent messaging;
o Act as the marketing point person for campaign delivery;
o Track and report on campaign outcomes.
Requirements:
* 4+ years' experience in a performance marketing role;
