Take the Lead in Mental Health – Clinical Nurse Role with Autonomy and Growth.
The Clinical Nurse is a key leader in the Adult Community South Team, providing expert, independent mental health care and coordinating complex patient needs while driving clinical leadership and quality standards.
Your new role: Join our Community Care Team at Inala as a Mental Health Clinical Nurse, providing expert, independent care for clients with complex needs.
Take a leadership role in clinical practice, education, and research while helping to coordinate and manage high-quality mental health services.
At Inala, our Community Care Team supports adults aged 18-65 living with long-term mental health challenges.
We offer timely, evidence-based treatments focused on recovery, working closely with clients and their carers to share responsibility and foster hope throughout their journey.
About you: Do you have a minimum 3 year's experience in Mental Health? You will be able to: Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, deliver patient education, provide therapeutic interventions, and assist with discharge planning within a multidisciplinary team.
Facilitate clinical education, training, and supervision for students.
Provide clinical leadership across professional practice, education, and research, while supporting management activities and portfolio responsibilities.
Lead physical health assessments and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to monitor and address patients' physical health needs.
