What you'll do
* Develop strong and effective working relationships with strata managers and underwriters to support the growth of the business, highlighting, addressing and escalating any significant issues of concern affecting service delivery
* Support business sponsorships by attending all events and providing the team with opportunities wherever possible to attend
* Ensure the national broking operations model is adhered to by all employees
* Contribute to BCB Group's business growth and service objectives by developing new business and retaining existing business
What you'll bring

We'd really like it if you also have:
* Strata insurance experience
* Tier 1 RG146
* Diploma of Financial Services or related business-related discipline
