About the Role We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Manager to join our Line 1 Risk team within our Transformation & Operations division, with a key focus on Governance, Reporting & Analytics. In this role, you'll support our Head of Line 1 Risk - Governance, Assurance and Supplier Risk in coordinating and delivering risk reporting, governance, and regulatory change implementation across the Group. This role is pivotal in driving a proactive risk culture and ensuring the consistent application of the risk management framework. You'll design and maintain our Line 1 Risk reporting processes that captures, analyses, and presents key risk information to aid management in decision-making. Creating high-quality, targeted risk reports for Divisional Risk Committees, Executive Risk Committee, and Board Risk Committee will be a key part of your role and additionally, you'll deliver risk governance activities for Divisional Risk Committees, including performing secretariat duties, maintaining charters, forward planners, and coordinating papers, minutes, and action logs. This role will also see you coordinating the delivery of regulatory change across Line 1, collaborating with Group Compliance, Change teams and Heads of across Line 1 Risk. Contributing to the implementation of the Risk Management Strategy, this role supports the frameworks and standards to ensure risks, obligations, control design, issues, risk in change assessments, and control self-assessments are accurate and meet requirements. Excitingly, this role will play a crucial part in leading a proactive risk and control culture, collaborating across the three lines of defence to deliver best practice risk advice across Governance, Reporting & Analytics. About you To be successful in this role, you'll ideally join us with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field. Professional certifications such as FRM, PRM, or CPA is highly desirable. You'll come armed with a proven track record of supporting the development and implementation of risk management frameworks and experience in financial services or a related industry. You'll possess strong logical reasoning skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyse trends, identify threats and opportunities, diagnose issues, and recommend appropriate action.
