About The Opportunity 
The primary purpose of this position is to act as the main point of contact for customers and leads while supporting sales and administration functions that drive business growth. Reporting directly to the Director, your responsibilities will include: 
- Contacting new leads and customers, arranging site visits, and following up promptly 
- Chasing up quotes, invoices, payments, deliveries, and trade availability 
- Generating current leads through networking, real estate agents, and contractors 
- Updating and maintaining CRM systems, spreadsheets, and records 
- Coordinating communication between clients, trades, suppliers, and management 
- Performing admin tasks such as documenting invoices, quotes, drawings, and reports 
About You 
The successful candidate will have: 
- 1+ year experience in construction or sales 
- Strong sales and customer service skills; proactive and reliable 
- Confident using Outlook, Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools (e.g. Trello, Monday.com) 
- Team player with enthusiasm, ideas, and willingness to support marketing
