Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support including document preparation, filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
* Manage office systems, equipment, supplies, and maintenance schedules to ensure operational readiness.
* Coordinate meetings, events, travel, and accommodation arrangements, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
* Maintain accurate records, databases, and registers in compliance with data protection and records management policies.
* Assist with purchasing, and financial record-keeping in line with organisational procedures.
* Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, providing a professional and customer-focused service.
* Support the coordination of property, asset, and vehicle management, including keys and security systems.
* Performs reception duties, provides quality customer service for all clients including answering telephone enquiries.
* Contribute to incident reporting, compliance documentation, and audit preparation.
* Undertakes other duties, as required.
Key Requirements:
We're seeking individuals who have:
* Certificate IV in Business Administration, or a Diploma of Business (Operations) or a related field or equivalent experience.
* Strong organisational, time management and planning skills.
* 2 years' experience in similar role.
* Proven experience in providing administrative support to Senior Management, including experience in dealing with confidential matters.
* Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
* Are eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
* Align with our values.
* Excellent communication skills at all levels and working as part of a team.
* Demonstrated proficiency and experience in the use of a range of software applications including MS Office programs.
* Provide required documents or willing to obtain.
