About the role:
We are seeking a reliable, dedicated and passionate SALES ASSISTANT & MOBILE PHONE REPAIR TECHNICIAN to join our team at our Forest Glen store! We have opportunities for full time employment! Working time: 9AM-5PM on MONDAY to FRIDAY only, no late-night Thursdays and no weekends.

Salary are paid weekly
You will be provided training in basic mobile device repairs so you must be willing to learn new skills and enjoy variety in a role. Not only will you be a key part of the team you will live for sales, delighting your customers every step of the way. Confident and willing to go the extra mile for your loyal and returning customers.
To be successful for this role, you will have:
Able to repair iPhone, iPads, Galaxy Phones, and More
Can focus and get services done swiftly and well
A hard working and motivated attitude to achieve goals and commissions
A passion for an excellent customer experience
An understanding of sales processes and techniques
An ability to learn recent things quickly and think on your feet
Manage the day-to-day running of the store
Ensure the kiosk/store is in a presentable manner
Having mobile soldering experience is a plus
