Wonil Hotel – Handwritten Collection is located in the heart of Perth, on the banks of the Swan River. The hotel offers 66 modern apartment‐style rooms, a West Kitchen & Bar and an 80‐seat restaurant.
Purpose
As a Guest Service Agent, you are the friendly face that delivers exceptional hospitality from check‐in to check‐out, creating memorable experiences for guests.
Primary Responsibilities
* Provide warm, personalized service to guests from arrival to departure.
* Communicate with guests and teammates to coordinate needs and ensure smooth operations.
* Troubleshoot guest concerns and turn challenges into positive outcomes.
* Promote hotel amenities and services, demonstrating a deep knowledge of offerings.
* Share local area information to enhance guests' experience.
* Manage reservations and guest accounts accurately.
Qualifications
* Previous front‐desk experience is highly desirable.
* Innovative mindset to exceed customer service expectations.
* Team player with the ability to work independently.
* Strong organisational and time‐management skills, capable of multitasking under pressure.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Available to work a range of shifts, including nights, overnights, weekends, and public holidays.
