The Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Support Workers. In this role, you will deliver exceptional support to clients in their personal homes or while accessing the community.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Following individual care plans to ensure optimal client outcomes;
* Monitoring client progress and providing timely interventions;
* Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating effectively with line managers;
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification;
* A valid Department of Human Services (DHS) Working with Children Check;
* A valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance;
* A current First Aid and CPR Certificate;
* An Australian Driver's Licence and access to a roadworthy and comprehensively insured vehicle;
* The ability to comply with COVID-19 vaccination requirements;
* Availability to work outside normal hours in a shift work capacity;
