As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our clients and technicians as well as offering administration support across the organization.Your Responsibilities In This Role Will IncludeAnswer, screen, and forward calls in a professional mannerGreet and welcome guests.Purchase order entry (PRONTO system)Managing incoming Accounts Payable invoices (KOFAX system)Managing Daily Sign in / Out RegisterManaging Incoming and outgoing mail / deliveries, including postage and couriersDocument filing, organizing, archiving and general Administration DutiesManaging bookings for conference/meeting roomsTo Be Successful In This Role You Will RequireExcellent communication and organisation skills and attention to detailA positive and professional mannerAbility to work independently and as a team.Previous administration experience.
