About the Role
GS and BD Electrics Pty Ltd, a leading electrical contracting company, is seeking qualified Electricians and Apprentices to join our team in Griffith & Narrandera, NSW. This is a full-time role where you will be part of a skilled team delivering high-quality electrical services across a diverse range of commercial and residential projects.
Whether you're a licensed Electrician with the skills to manage projects independently or an Apprentice looking to learn and grow in the trade, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing
For Electricians:
* Undertake a wide range of electrical installation, maintenance and repair work
* Interpret electrical plans and diagrams to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard
* Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems and components
* Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients throughout projects
* Mentor and support Apprentices in developing their skills and knowledge
* Maintain a safe and tidy work environment
For Apprentices:
* Assist qualified Electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks
* Learn to read and understand electrical plans and drawings
* Gain hands-on experience with tools, equipment, and safety procedures
* Participate in on-the-job and formal training to work towards completing your electrical apprenticeship
* Follow instructions, ask questions, and show a willingness to learn
* Work as part of a team and help maintain a safe, clean job site

What We're Looking For
Electricians:
* Current Electrical License (NSW)
* Proven experience in commercial and/or residential electrical work
* Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* A commitment to workplace health and safety
* Willingness to mentor Apprentices
* Reliable, hardworking and team-oriented
Apprentices:
* Current Electrical Apprentice (any stage welcome to apply)
* Construction White Card
* Eagerness to learn the trade and build a long-term career in electrical work
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Basic understanding of electrical work is a plus, but not essential
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Commitment to safety and a positive attitude on the job
